• You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account information.

3. Service Description

Comento provides room-based, time-linked commenting for events and media. Features may change over time, including limits, integrations, and availability.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, reactions, room details).
• You grant Comento a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.
• You are responsible for your content and for having rights to share it.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use Comento to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operations, or abuse the platform.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access beyond permitted use.

6. Third-Party Services

Comento may include integrations (for example Google Sign-In, Firebase/Google Cloud, YouTube links/features, and email providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Comento at any time.

8. Disclaimer

Comento is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comento and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
